Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Wood is a natural product and may differ in appearance from the images in the shop. It may also exhibit different color variations. Natural irregularities and unevenness in the wood are accepted when placing an order and cannot be considered a defect. Additionally, wood may react to intense sunlight and temperature fluctuations, and such changes cannot be considered a defect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to receive the desired item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
